Great to meet you!

Hello. My name is Yancy. As the Executive Director of ISI Ministries, I am a Christian Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and Substance Abuse Professional committed to walking alongside groups and individuals navigating the challenges of substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders. I am here to serve you, but only Jesus Christ can save you. I am also here to help you help yourself.

Rooted and grounded in the Word of God. Guided by compassion and empathy. I offer culturally-competent & compatible care designed to restore hope, faith, dignity, and purpose. Incorporating biblical counseling with S.M.A.R.T., Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral-based therapy modalities to help individuals achieve salvation and sobriety.

This is a safe and sacred space where “wholystic”(whole-person and holy) healing begins by strengthening your Christian faith through fellowship during the course of your clinical treatment and recovery. Every person deserves to be seen, heard, respected and valued. God’s grace, mercy and forgiveness is available to all who seek Him through faith in His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Whether you’re starting your spiritual journey, searching, or seasoned-I’m here for you. Everyone is welcome. God bless!

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17.

My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based, clinical Christian counseling and SAP services for groups and individuals navigating dual diagnosis, including substance use challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders. Grounded in sound clinical practices and biblical principles, I address both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of recovery to foster deep, sustainable healing. Whether you are managing complex co-occurring concerns, seeking structured outpatient care, or completing required evaluations, I offer a clear, supportive space to help you restore balance and rebuild with purpose.

What you can expect from me

Walking into your first session is a courageous step, and my primary goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and respected. We will discuss what brought you here, gather background on both mental health and substance use concerns, and clarify any immediate clinical or evaluation needs. You will also have the opportunity to share how you'd like faith integrated into your care as we begin building a personalized path toward wholeness.
