Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health and women’s emotional health. I work with women who feel overwhelmed by motherhood, life transitions, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, emotional eating, grief, and identity shifts during major life changes.

My style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I also bring a structured, practical approach to therapy, helping clients build tools they can use in daily life. As both a psychologist and a mom, I understand how complex and demanding this season of life can be, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and not alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT/ACT) and emotional regulation skills. Together, we focus on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also identifying patterns that contribute to stress, overwhelm, or coping strategies like emotional eating.

I also incorporate practical support around sleep, self-care, and daily routines, especially during perinatal and high-stress life transitions. Therapy is collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by talking about what’s bringing you to therapy and what feels most difficult right now. You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’ll help guide the conversation.

We’ll also explore your goals and what you hope life feels like with more support. Most importantly, the first session is about helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported so we can decide together how to move forward in a way that fits your needs.
