Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over ten years of experience in the field of mental health and recovery. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I hold a Master’s degree from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School and am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT, and influenced by my belief that healing is a personal, whole-person journey — often shaped by connection, compassion, and perspective.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person’s needs. I work from a trauma-informed lens and use evidence-based practices like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, or working through challenges in recovery, I aim to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive. I see therapy as a partnership — you bring your lived experience, and I bring tools, insight, and encouragement to help guide the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and more connected to themselves. Together, we’ll work toward building insight, developing practical tools, and finding new ways to respond to old patterns. I create a calm, welcoming space where all parts of you are welcome — whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. My hope is that therapy offers not just relief, but also clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of self.
