Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University. I aim to bring a warm, empathetic, and client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that every individual deserves to be met with respect, compassion, and unconditional positive regard.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic work is highly individualized, and I strive to tailor my approach to meet each person's unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and when appropriate, I incorporate elements of positive psychology and spirituality to support healing, meaning, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. My role is to support you with empathy and compassion as we work through life's challenges together.
