Great to meet you!

Yehuda, a graduate of Wurzweiler School of Social Work, works as a clinical therapist and a school-based social worker. He is passionate about helping adults of all ages reach their full potential. To that end, he employs psychoanalytical and psychodynamic perspectives to help clients learn more about themselves. His patient-centered and humanistic approach focuses on the evolving relationship between the therapist and client providing the client the time and space to grow at their own pace. Yehuda works hard to provide a safe space for clients to share or to simply be themselves. Yehuda works with clients from a variety of backgrounds who are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, or those who simply want to learn more about themselves. Outside of work hours, Yehuda can be found spending time with his family, cooking, or enjoying the great outdoors.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective to help my clients learn more about themselves. This includes assisting clients in understanding unconscious thoughts, past life experiences, as well as the here and now in the session. I create a warm and empathic environment where clients feel safe to share at their own pace. I specialize in anxiety disorders as well as relationship issues.

What you can expect from me

At the first session, I will first build rapport by creating a welcoming and warm environment. I will also gather information that will help both the client and myself to conceptualize the presenting problem. Additionally, I will help the client set goals for themselves as well as identify how I will be able to help them.
