Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist with master's degrees in Clinical Art Therapy and Counseling and Developmental Psychology. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, self-esteem and life transitions. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to your unique goals using evidence-based practices and expressive arts when appropriate.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, and develop the confidence to navigate life's challenges. I tailor each session to the individual's needs, balancing reflection with actionable strategies to support meaningful, lastin change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, and together we'll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels supportive and meaningful to you.
