Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Yessica I am a bilingual therapist. As a first generation immigrant, I practice with a bicultural lens and understand the importance of validating cultural differences. I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can explore and better understand the issues they face—whether it is rooted in day-to-day stressors or deeper emotional and psychological concerns. I want to ensure we work together on fostering a safe environment.

My approach to therapy

Experienced in treating mood disorders, psychosis, trauma/crisis, first responder and postpartum care. I tailor my approach to be client centered, utilize cognitive behavioral, system theory and trauma informed. My practice is grounded in evidence-based interventions. Vast experience working with individuals from a diverse background and needs.

What you can expect from me

I focus on a client-centered approach and want to work collaboratively with you to address your goals. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of support, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. We will work on establishing the right tools and coping methods to manage day to day stressors and process any deeper emotional issues at your own pace. I find it important to meet the patient where they are at in the process of healing.
