Great to meet you!

Dr. Rotimi is a dual-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 16 years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages. She is committed to providing care with dignity, respect, and compassion. Recognizing that each patient is unique, she tailors her approach to meet individual needs. Dr. Rotimi diligently collaborates with her patients to achieve optimal health through a holistic and evidence-based approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Patients deserve a stigma-free space to receive care, heal, and grow. She is here to help and provide guidance throughout every step in a nonjudgmental space. She has specialized in treating clients with depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and ADHD among other conditions. She provides medication management, holistic services, and psychotherapy as needed. Her goal is for clients to be able to function wholly and celebrate every little win along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

The initial consultation involves understanding the client's approach to their current illness, past medical history, family history, psychosocial background, childhood, and psychiatric history. Clients will gain insight into their disease process, triggers, and patterns, and learn how to manage them through various treatment approaches. Initial appointments are 60 mins, and follow-up sessions are 30 mins. Additional sessions are as needed basis. To learn more, please visit www.opollohealth.org
