I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you build practical tools to manage challenges and feel more confident in your daily life. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT skills, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.
