Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to make the process feel comfortable and supportive. I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you build practical tools to manage challenges and feel more confident in your daily life. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT skills, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative and supportive partnership. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I use practical, evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you develop tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life challenges. Together, we focus on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful changes that support your overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from therapy so we can begin setting goals together. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying helpful strategies and discuss the next steps for your care.
