Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Life can be hard, and sometimes we all need a place to set down the weight we've been carrying—without worrying about being judged.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma informed, warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, authenticity, and occasionally a little humor. After all, if we can find moments to smile while navigating life's challenges, that's worth celebrating too.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and respected. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, helping you build on your strengths while navigating life's challenges at a pace that feels right for you. We'll do meaningful work together, and when appropriate, make room for a little humor along the way.
