Great to meet you!

My name is Yolanda Lee, and I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist specializing in talk therapy. I have experience working with diverse populations, including young adults, middle-aged adults, older adults, and caregivers of loved ones diagnosed with dementia. I collaborate with clients as they navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, caregiver burden, and other challenges. I am passionate about this work because it allows me to support clients as they overcome barriers and experience meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I am driven by a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life which starts with good self-esteem and positive self-care. I enjoy focusing on person-centered and solution focused modalities which allow you to take charge of your own life. My goal is for you to feel comfortable in taking the lead regarding your life.

What you can expect from me

I am eager to get to know you and hear your narrative. In our first session you can expect us to build a rapport. My clients typically share with me they feel safe in our therapeutic environment.
