Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience. I believe that everyone has the ability to change and improve themselves and their circumstances given the right opportunity and the right support.

I have experience working with children, women, and couples. My training has also included: Rape Crisis Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, Domestic Violence Counseling, Grief & Loss, Life Transitions, and issues pertaining to diagnosis’ such as Depression & Anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a safe and trusting environment for clients to grow while at the same time improving their mental health and the relationships with the people around them. I like to listen and ask questions that get the client to think on a level they may or may not be used to.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients feel safe to tell me their story and trust that they are heard and listened to. Also, I work diligently to ensure that each client has an individual experience that allows them a good therapeutic experience
