Great to meet you!

I bring more than 19 years of experience in behavioral health and have had the privilege of working alongside individuals and families from many diverse communities throughout New Mexico. I am an independently licensed clinical social worker, and I truly believe that healing is possible.

In my experience as a clinician, I believe that our quality of life comes from the connection of our mind, body, and heart center. In our work together, I will focus on helping you gently restore this connection, by building self-awareness, balance, and resilience through compassionate exploration, encouragement, and practical skill-building.

I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Social Work, as well as an Associate degree in Human Services.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I've provided therapy in a wide range of settings, including in-home, community-based, public school, and outpatient environments. My experience extends beyond direct clinical care—I have also served in roles involving clinical supervision and program management, supporting the professional growth of other clinicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.

My therapeutic approach is both holistic and strengths-based, empowering you to recognize your inner resources and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

The initial session is a time for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, collaborative relationship. During this meeting, we will review background information, discuss relevant history and current concerns, and work together to identify goals and develop an initial treatment plan. This session also provides space for questions and helps ensure that therapy feels supportive and aligned with your needs.
