Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Yolanda Williams, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in medication management for high-functioning professionals who are managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, PMDD, or burnout, often while juggling demanding careers and responsibilities.

I do not provide therapy, but I work collaboratively with clients who may already have a therapist or are looking for one. My role is to focus on the biological and clinical side of treatment, ensuring your medications are effective, appropriate, and tailored to your unique needs.

I offer virtual visits for privacy, flexibility, and convenience, because I know your time matters.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, respectful, and solution-focused. I believe that medication management should be personalized, not one-size-fits-all, and grounded in both clinical expertise and real-life context. I take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that supports your mental clarity, emotional balance, and day-to-day functioning.

I work best with high-functioning professionals who need thoughtful, efficient support that fits into a demanding schedule. You can expect honest communication, a non-judgmental space, and a focus on what’s practical and sustainable for you.

While I don’t provide therapy, I’m always open to working in tandem with your therapist or care team to ensure a well-rounded treatment approach.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect clarity, direction, and a personalized plan for managing their mental health. Each session is focused, respectful of your time, and rooted in evidence-based care. You'll leave with a better understanding of your diagnosis, how your medications are working, and what adjustments are needed to improve your symptoms and overall functioning.

My goal is to help you feel more in control of your mental health with practical solutions that fit into your lifestyle. Whether it’s fine-tuning medication or navigating next steps, you’ll leave each session with a clear path forward, and the reassurance that you’re not doing this alone.
