Great to meet you!

I've spent fifteen years in community mental health, and most of that time has been with people who were told, in one way or another, that they'd have to wait their turn for care. That shaped how I work. You'll find me direct, practical, and firmly in your corner.

My approach to therapy

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, and I work with adults navigating substance use, anxiety, depression, and the weight of long-running stress. If you're managing recovery alongside work, family, or a history you haven't had room to unpack, that's the ground I know well.

What you can expect from me

My background spans direct clinical work, managed care, and clinical supervision, which means I understand the systems you're dealing with as well as what you're feeling. Sometimes the most useful thing I can offer is helping you figure out how to actually get what you need.

I hold an MSW from Fayetteville State University and I'm licensed in North Carolina, Louisiana, Virginia, and Maryland.

If any of that sounds like a fit, I'd be glad to talk.
