Great to meet you!

I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Clarity Psychiatry. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, and burnout. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe feeling heard and understood is the foundation of good care :)

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach to care. I want to understand not just your symptoms, but also your goals, strengths, and what matters most to you. Together, we'll create a plan that feels realistic and supports your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on, what challenges you're facing, and what you're hoping to improve. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and leave with a clear sense of next steps.
