Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, and families navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, and everyday stress. Whether it’s a child struggling at school, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or a family going through a tough transition, I offer a safe space to work through it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I tailor each session to meet you or your family where you are.

Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about building trust, exploring what’s getting in the way, and developing practical tools to create meaningful change — both in the moment and long term.

You don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s work together to help your child, your family, or yourself move toward more balance, clarity, and connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a calm and welcoming space where you can talk at your own pace. I focus on learning what brought you in, what you are hoping for, and what would help you feel supported.

Together, we gently set a few early goals—things like feeling more grounded, understanding patterns, or finding clarity. I ask simple, caring questions to understand your story without going deeper than you’re ready for.

My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little lighter, with a sense of what our work together will look like.
