Great to meet you!

I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. I am passionate about creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe space where clients can be their authentic selves and feel supported throughout their healing journey. My commitment is to meet you where you are, honor your unique experiences, and walk alongside you as you work toward growth, healing, and lasting change,

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and exploring your goals. I believe each person has unique strengths, and together we will build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you don't have to do it alone. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring your hopes and goals. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
