Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Yuvonne Wrobel, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan who proudly embraces being a little neuro-spicy—because I believe our differences are often our greatest strengths.

With more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals, children, adolescents, adults, and families, I have had the privilege of helping people navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and rediscover hope.

My clinical experience includes working with a wide range of mental health concerns, and I understand that no two people or healing journeys are alike.

My counseling style is warm, authentic, person-centered, and sprinkled with humor when it's appropriate. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or the pressure to be anyone else. Together, we'll tailor an approach that fits your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while recognizing the important connection between the mind, body, and spirit.

I believe that reaching out for help is one of the bravest decisions a person can make. Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you better understand yourself, develop meaningful coping skills, and create a life that aligns with your values and goals.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering compassion, practical tools, and encouragement as you move toward healing and lasting change.

If you're ready to take the next step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
