Great to meet you!

With the complexity of life, therapy must have a holistic approach in order to assess and address all the different stressors in clients’ lives. To help clients grow to embrace their best self, I have created a therapeutic process around acceptance and freedom from judgment to promote well-being along with self-actualization. As an empathetic companion on my client’s journey, I will challenge my clients in a caring manner to practice introspection and together we will discover alternative paths for handling the obstacles of life.

My approach to therapy

An integrated eclectic approach is taken by collaborating with my clients, allowing therapy to work towards merging therapeutic practices with clients hobbies and daily activities. Depending on client's individual needs, I will tailor the treatment to you by merging therapy practices with your hobbies and daily activities. Sessions may focus on self-awareness, choice, meaning of life, strengths/limitations, acceptance and change. Pop Culture, Fandoms, books, and video games will be melded with counseling methods in order to treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. The goals of these methods are to aid clients in the following areas and more: Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities; Chronic Illness and Pain; Grief and Loss; ADHD, OCD, School Issues; Anxiety and Depression; Peer Relationships, Self-esteem, Bullying, Self-harming; Gender Identity and Sexuality.

What you can expect from me

  • Intake & Paperwork: You will complete consent forms, privacy agreements, and review policy details, including cancellation policies, emergency contacts, and insurance billing.
  • Background Information: I will ask about your current struggles, history, and goals. Then review family history, medical background, and past trauma.
  • Symptom Mapping: Perform comprehensive and formal assessments to accurately establish a clear and detailed baseline of the symptoms.
  • Treatment Plan: A document detailing specific clinical objectives along with detailed strategies designed to achieve those objectives effectively.
  • Setting Goals: Together, we will define what "success" looks like and how to measure progress.
