Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, grief, or the effects of difficult life experiences begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and daily life, it can feel overwhelming trying to carry everything on your own. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, and trauma related challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, struggling through major life transitions, or carrying emotional pain that continues to impact their wellbeing. Whether you're coping with loss, navigating relationship difficulties, healing from difficult experiences, or trying to regain a sense of balance and purpose, therapy can provide a supportive space to process what you're carrying and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you strengthen resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and build a life that feels more connected, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful healing begins with understanding the experiences, emotions, and patterns that shape how we respond to life's challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering, creating a supportive environment where clients can explore difficult experiences while developing practical tools for growth and healing. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy concepts, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles to support lasting change. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger management, relationship concerns, women's issues, cultural and ethnic issues, identity development, chronic health conditions, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, improve relationships, and create meaningful progress toward the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, gain deeper insight into yourself, and build confidence in your ability to move forward. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger emotional regulation, greater resilience, improved relationships, and a deeper sense of self understanding. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, supported, and equipped to create meaningful and lasting change.
