When anxiety, depression, grief, or the effects of difficult life experiences begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and daily life, it can feel overwhelming trying to carry everything on your own. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, and trauma related challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, struggling through major life transitions, or carrying emotional pain that continues to impact their wellbeing.
