Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) dedicated to supporting individuals, families, youth, and children in achieving emotional wellness and personal growth. With a strong clinical foundation and diverse experience across outpatient, inpatient, and community-based settings, I provide comprehensive, client-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and crisis stabilization.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where we focus on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. During this initial session, we’ll discuss current concerns, personal history, emotional challenges, and goals for treatment. I also provide an overview of the therapeutic process, answer any questions, and work collaboratively to create a personalized plan that supports healing, growth, and meaningful progress. My goal is for each client to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered.
