Mrs. Ofori is the Founder of Laster and Associates a Mental Health and Wellness Firm which is a private practice. The firm offers a therapeutic experience that assists in helping clients to dig deep to find the roots of their emotions and the connections to their behavior. Mrs. Ofori believes that is an honor to be afforded to chance to work with individuals on a road to healing themselves. The journey of getting to know self should always be respected.
My approach in session is to work through the layers of time and find ways to heal in the present. I meet clients where they are and guide them to navigate their own journey to a better mindset.
I expect client to have deep thoughts to process at the end of each session. I expect them work through those thoughts and emotions until we meet again to explore the experience together in the next session. We all have different layers of self and I expect the client to get comfortable with their layers of self.
