Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders, perinatal and women's mental health concerns. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve lasting wellness. Whether you're seeking help for a new challenge or ongoing concerns, I am committed to helping you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental health care should address the whole person. My approach combines medication management with an integrative, evidence-based perspective that considers lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, physical health and the unique experiences that shape each individual.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with my clients, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and involved in their treatment decisions. Together, we develop personalized treatment plans that align with each person's goals, values, and stage of life. While medication is an important part of treatment, I believe lasting wellness comes from supporting the whole person and empowering clients with the tools they need to thrive.
