Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, communication problems, infidelity, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting people through life transitions, questions of purpose and meaning, and moments when they feel unsure about what comes next. My style is collaborative, engaged, and active. I'll listen, ask questions, share observations, and help turn insight into action.

My approach to therapy

I'm fascinated by how people work. Together we'll explore the experiences, beliefs, and relationships that have shaped you, not to dwell on the past, but to create practical, lasting change in the present.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to begin understanding the story behind the struggle. We’ll explore not only what is happening now, but how your experiences, relationships, and past patterns may have shaped the way you respond today. I’m less interested in simply identifying symptoms and more interested in understanding the person experiencing them. Together, we’ll begin connecting the dots and deciding what kind of work will be most helpful moving forward.
