Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm ZaDora "Sunflower Z" Williams, LCSW, PMH-C I'm dedicated to helping women and moms on a transformative healing journey. I walk by faith and rooted in my purpose to be a divine guiding light, teaching, healing and inspiring others on their healing journey. I welcome women who are willing and ready to move beyond survival, heal, glow and thrive and begin living a life filled with greater peace, purpose, clarity, and authenticity. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a loss of identity. Some are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, ADHD, and parenting challenges.

My approach to therapy

I guide individuals on holistic trauma-responsive healing journey that honors the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, energy psychology with somatic practices, faith-based and culturally responsive healing practices. I create spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to restore balance in their life so they can heal, glow, and thrive.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a connection. You can expect to have a moment to slow down, exhale, and begin to reflect on what brought you to therapy without judgment. Rather than focusing only on what you want behaviors you may want to reduce, or emotional wounds you desire to heal, we'll also talk about what you want to experience more of. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy. My goal for your first session is for you to leave feeling seen, heard, supported, as you share your story.
