Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping women who struggle with anxiety or depression, trauma and spiritual hurt, difficult family ties, or the weight of life transitions. As Ecclesiastes teaches us, there is a season and a time for every matter. If this is your time of weeping or your time of laughing, your time of mourning or your time of joy, your time of silence or your time to speak, I would be honored to sit beside you through it all.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me looks like tracing the undercurrents beneath the present symptoms; taking a look at how early attachments, family roles, and embedded faith narratives shape negative patterns in our lives. I blend relational mapping and family-systems insight with outcome-oriented skills training to help women like you restore balance to their lives.

Zaire has worked with diverse issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, life transitions, and women's issues. Her warm and culturally sensitive approach is integrated into each session and is reflected in many treatment modalities. She employs a holistic approach to therapy, combining ideas to tailor the treatment to the unique needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

Connection First. We begin by getting comfortable with each other because our therapeutic relationship directly impacts the success of therapy.

Transparent Privacy. We talk about what information is protected and exceptions to confidentiality.

Presenting Issues. We discuss what led you to seek therapy, and I'll ask questions about your symptoms, relationship dynamics, and the impact on your daily life.

Cultural Influences. We explore the aspects of your culture that are important to you. This will help inform your needs and define our goal.

History with Purpose. We briefly review relevant past events to illuminate today's patterns.

Goal-driven Direction. We define what meaningful change looks like for you and outline how we can work together to achieve it!

You don't have to carry this alone. I'm here to listen, hold space for your story, and help you build practical steps back to clarity and confidence. When you're ready, reach out to me and we will create a plan that honors your values, protects your energy, and helps you move from surviving to thriving.
