Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I have experience supporting clients in building healthier thought patterns, boundaries, and daily habits.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and collaborative—I focus on helping you understand what’s happening, then giving you tools that actually work in real life. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and challenged in a way that leads to real growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’d like to change or improve. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and current challenges, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll also start identifying goals and, if it feels right, begin discussing practical steps or tools you can use right away. Most importantly, the first session is about making sure you feel comfortable, heard, and confident that this is a good fit for you.
