Great to meet you!

I work with adults and teens navigating trauma, identity stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. My role is to provide a steady, supportive space while also helping you make meaningful, practical changes.

I value accountability, clarity, and collaboration in therapy. You are actively involved in shaping your goals and treatment plan, and we regularly check in to make sure the work feels relevant and useful to your life. Therapy with me is both supportive and structured — focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system regulation, EMDR, and evidence-based methods. We focus first on building emotional stability and safety, then on understanding patterns, past experiences, and identity themes that influence how you think, react, and relate to others.

Therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented. We create a treatment plan together, track progress over time, and adjust as needed to ensure the work stays focused on what matters most to you. The goal is not just insight, but real change in how you experience yourself, your relationships, and daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and clear about what brought you to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to feel different moving forward.

I use a structured approach early on to gather the right information, identify patterns, and begin building a treatment plan together. You’re actively involved in that process. We’ll start introducing grounding and coping strategies right away so you leave with something practical, not just insight.

Over the first few sessions, we focus on clarity, stability, and direction — making sure therapy is targeting what matters most to you and that you’re getting real value from the work we’re doing.
