Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Zecharias Adebo, you can call me Zach.

Who I am: Beyond being a therapist, I am a husband and a father, roles that constantly teach me about patience, connection, and growth. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University. This unique combination allows me to approach therapy with both deep empathy and a practical, structured mindset to help you reach your goals.

My Professional Journey: I have walked alongside clients in some of the most challenging environments. My background spans outpatient community mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, correctional facilities, and private practice. This diverse experience means I am comfortable handling complex situations and meeting you exactly where you are.

How I Help: I specialize in helping adults and families navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, ERP, and for those seeking a faith-based perspective, I offer Biblical counseling. My goal is to create a safe space where everyone feels understood, supported, and empowered to heal.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is collaborative and practical, grounded in my diverse experience across outpatient clinics, psychiatric hospitals, corrections, and private practice. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an MBA, offering structured, compassionate care for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to build resilience, while also offering Biblical counseling for those seeking to integrate their faith into their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood. We will spend this time gathering your history, discussing the challenges you are facing, and identifying your specific goals for therapy. Drawing on my diverse clinical background, we will collaboratively outline a personalized plan, whether utilizing evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT or integrating faith-based support, to ensure you leave with a clear direction for your growth and healing.
