Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Zecharias Adebo, you can call me Zach.
Who I am: Beyond being a therapist, I am a husband and a father, roles that constantly teach me about patience, connection, and growth. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University. This unique combination allows me to approach therapy with both deep empathy and a practical, structured mindset to help you reach your goals.
My Professional Journey: I have walked alongside clients in some of the most challenging environments. My background spans outpatient community mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, correctional facilities, and private practice. This diverse experience means I am comfortable handling complex situations and meeting you exactly where you are.
How I Help: I specialize in helping adults and families navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, ERP, and for those seeking a faith-based perspective, I offer Biblical counseling. My goal is to create a safe space where everyone feels understood, supported, and empowered to heal.
