Great to meet you!
Therapy can be a place to feel understood, supported, and more connected to yourself. I’m a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapist who creates an inclusive space where you can show up as you are. I believe there is no single definition of healing, happiness, or success, so I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, values, challenges, and goals.
My background includes bachelor’s degrees in Psychology, Disability Studies, and Education, as well as a Master of Social Work. I have supported people with diverse needs and life experiences in community healthcare, schools, group homes, education, and other settings. These experiences, along with my own experience with anxiety and mental health challenges, have deepened my empathy for how isolating and difficult it can feel to struggle alone.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring therapy to what feels most helpful and meaningful for you. Together, we can recognize your strengths, build practical coping skills, develop greater self-acceptance and self-compassion, and work toward a life that feels more fulfilling.
You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I would be honored to meet you where you are and walk alongside you at a pace that feels supportive.
