I have over fifteen years of experience ranging from loss and grief, family issues, depression, and anxiety. I have worked with the family caregiver population, adolescents, and their parents/guardians and worked with the people affected by illness in a medical setting.

My expertise is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; I use this theory to understand my clients' thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. I like to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for my clients; as we work to change the problem, they came needing help with. My best qualities are professionalism, friendliness, and compassion.
