Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm so glad you're here. Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision and I know it took a lot of courage and vulnerability to get here. My name is Zoe and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Maryland, based in Colorado.

The people I work with often start therapy because they feel overwhelmed, are in recovery from addiction, or looking for a place to process life's ups and downs. I'm passionate about helping people work through complex family dynamics, women's issues, queer identity, and healing from trauma. Through our work together, my hope is to walk alongside you to help you recognize your own internal strength, even in the toughest times.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in collaboration and curiosity. I use various evidence based modalities and welcome feedback to ensure you’re getting what you need. Together we can explore what things are no longer serving you and how to create space for the things you value most. We will work on skills that will then help you explore deeper into different parts of yourself.

What you can expect from me

First we'll have a quick phone call so I can answer any questions you may have and introduce ourselves. In the first session, we will get to know each other and make sure we’re a fit. I aim to create a safe, brave, and supportive space. Sometimes finding a therapist can be like dating and we want to make sure that it works! If at any point, things don’t feel like they are working then we can talk about that and what will best help you achieve your goals.
