Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor and have experience working with adolescents, adults and couples. I have supported individuals navigating addiction, PTSD, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety, and I approach this work with both clinical skill and genuine compassion. I deeply value building strong therapeutic rapport and believe that creating a safe, trusting space is the foundation for meaningful growth. My style is relational and supportive, allowing clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move through their healing process.

My approach to therapy

I am a relational and inquisitive therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with a strong, authentic connection. As a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions, as well as challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply curious, creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I draw from an integrated framework that includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. Through this flexible and compassionate approach, I help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a collaborative and supportive conversation where we begin getting to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll start identifying meaningful goals that feel aligned with your needs, values, and hopes for change, setting the foundation for our work moving forward.
