Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, 3+ of those as a fully licensed clinician.. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, communication breakdowns, and attachment-related concerns.

I’m down-to-earth and collaborative, and I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and better understand yourself and your relationships. My approach is tailored and eclectic—because no two people or relationships follow the same roadmap.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, attachment-informed, and tailored to each individual or couple. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding patterns—especially the emotional and relational cycles that keep people feeling stuck.

I use an eclectic, collaborative approach, drawing from evidence-based models while adapting to your unique needs, goals, and pace. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and build insight, while also developing practical tools to strengthen communication, connection, and self-trust.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported and understood as we work together toward lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we begin getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, current concerns, and any patterns or challenges you’ve been experiencing—whether individually or in your relationship.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your story, relational dynamics, and what you’re hoping will change. For couples, this may include exploring communication patterns and areas of conflict or disconnection. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

We’ll also discuss next steps and what working together might look like, so you leave with greater clarity and a sense of direction moving forward.
