Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience, licensed in both Hawaii and Missouri. I've had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and I truly enjoy supporting clients through a wide range of challenges. My approach is grounded, compassionate and collaborative-focusing on helping you feel heard, supported and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and comfortable. I know it takes courage to reach out and open up to someone new, and I deeply honor that. I bring my genuine self into every session and encourage you to do the same-no pressure, no pretense. Therapy is your time, and I'm here to listen without judgement, to truly understand what you need, and to support you in whatever way will be most helpful.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported and understood. My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, build practical tools for managing life's challenges, and develop greater confidence in your ability to navigate change. While therapy can be hard work at times, it's also a space for relief, growth, and self-discovery. I aim to create a space where you feel safe being exactly who you are, while also feeling encouraged to move toward who want to become.
