Great to meet you!

I am a devoted and compassionate individual who has had a successful 13 year career providing therapeutic services to a diverse population of people/ ages. I have a Master's degree in Clinical mental health counseling and have extensive experience supporting the military community, underserved populations, community organizations, non-profits, and educational systems. My clinical work includes serving clients dealing with concerns from early intervention to diagnosable DSM V disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, client centered, and motivational. I believe that mental health impacts every part of us. In addition, I see my clients as the experts in their lives. They have lived experiences, and I am here to help support them in fuguring out how those experiences have impacted their lives and how they want to embrace the present and affect change in the future. I do this by motivating them in various ways and equipping them with tools necessary for change.

What you can expect from me

In every session, clients can expect to have a non-judgemental, open-minded, and emphathetic counseling experience that will empower them to be vunerable, challenge them to pursue their goals, and support them in their healing.
