Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Ada Allaire, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and North Carolina. I earned my Master of Social Work degree with a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Georgia. I’ve worked with adolescents, teens, and adults helping them manage anxiety, depression, phobias, school stressors, parenting stressors, and the challenges life throws our way! My background includes medical and community-based settings. I bring a warm, down-to-earth style with a little humor to make therapy feel approachable.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that’s tailored to each person. I specialize in helping people face anxiety, depression, phobias, OCD, school stressors, self-esteem issues, parenting stressors, and life transitions. I often use modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, SFT, CPS, (don't know what these acronyms mean? ask me!), and exposure therapy to support clients in finding what works best for them. I aim to make sessions feel supportive, authentic, and never overly formal.

What you can expect from me

I take time to get to know my clients and build rapport so therapy feels safe and supportive from the start. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll build coping tools, tackle challenges, and highlight the strengths you already have.
