Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW and founder of Shiloh Hill Counseling. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, burnout, grief and high pressure environments. My approach is warm, supportive and goal-oriented, using practices such as CBT and mindfulness to help clients better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns and build healthier ways of coping.

Many of my client are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted or stuck. I help clients balancing demanding careers, relationships, ADHD, perfectionism, grief or major life transitions while struggling beneath the surface. Together, we will work to reduce emotional distress, build resilience, strengthen relationships and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy begins with an authentic and trusting relationship between the client and therapist. Life stressors and unexpected life changes can feel debilitating and you are not alone. I provide a non-judgmental, collaborative and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. You are not just another appointment on the schedule and I believe in connecting with clients on a deeper level.

What you can expect from me

The journey toward healing, growth and self-acceptance begins with listening and understanding. We all want to be heard and understood. I believe in a collaborative approach and I don’t just listen and nod. You will take away the "tools" to cope with stress, loss, challenging emotions and negative thought patterns.
