Great to meet you!

Coping with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, stress, career burnout, grief and relationship obstacles can feel overwhelming. I am a licensed LCSW with over 12 years of experience and practice telehealth in South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Florida and Michigan. I received my MSW degree from the University of Denver and BA from the University of San Francisco. I take a more personal approach and believe the therapeutic relationship is built on trust and connection.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy begins with an authentic and trusting relationship between the client and therapist. Life stressors and unexpected life changes can feel debilitating and you are not alone. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. You are not just another appointment on the schedule and I believe in connecting with clients on a deeper level.

What you can expect from our first session

The journey toward healing, growth and self-acceptance begins with listening and understanding. We all want to be heard and understood. I don’t just listen and nod. Clients will take away the "tools" to cope with stress, loss, challenging emotions and negative thought patterns.
