Great to meet you!

Healing begins when people are given the opportunity to explore all parts of themselves, including the parts that are difficult to face or that we feel ashamed of. I am an empathic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a professional background in family conflict and chronic illness. My focus is providing a compassionate and supportive therapeutic space where people can feel safe being fully themselves without fear of judgment. Through thoughtful self-exploration, I help clients build self-awareness, empowerment, and greater self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I understand the many layers that make each person unique so I can help clients recognize and lean into their strengths while also approaching their struggles and vulnerabilities with compassion. Together, my clients and I create a space that encourages growth, insight, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect a welcoming, safe environment where authenticity is encouraged, healing is supported, and personal growth is nurtured with empathy and honesty.
