I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to individuals across diverse ages and backgrounds. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Howard University in Washington, DC, and have dedicated my 25-year career to supporting individuals and families. My areas of expertise include helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, college adjustment, self-esteem, and family-related concerns.
