We’ll identify areas to focus on, set initial, achievable goals, and create a preliminary treatment plan together. We’ll also cover practical details like session length, frequency, confidentiality, and cancellations, and you’ll have time to ask any questions. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just come ready to share what feels most important to you.
