Great to meet you!

My mission is to create healing spaces for BIPOC. Healing spaces are spaces where one can be free from the mainstream stereotypes that permeate the spaces we occupy. I incorporate a holistic approach to ensure all aspects of a person’s life are considered. As a therapist, I aim to help my clients embark on their wellness journey- cultivating a quality of life that reflects their personal values, cultures, and beliefs.

My approach to therapy

Our relationship will begin with me learning and understanding your personal story. Through my understanding of your personal story and your feedback, I will provide you with skills, and empowerment to prepare you as you continue your journey as the sole author of your life.

Together, we will co-create a safe space for learning, healing, and growth.
