The basis of an ideal client in my lens does not have a select issue. Everyone has their life challenges and emotional weight they carry with them. In the end, what I want for my clients is a common goal to be the best version of themselves they can be while being open-minded in facing tasks related to that goal. Whether it is an interpersonal relationship problem, anxiety, substance abuse, etc, the goal is to aim for success in being the best version of one's ideal self they can be. That common ideal goal is what I aim for with every client I work with in Colorado, Illinois, South Carolina, Hawaii, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Mahalo.

I work with clients of all age ranges and demographic backgrounds. I have experience in treating dual-diagnosis substance abuse mental health, trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, anger management, and more. A session with me will include various approaches from role-playing conflicts to cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
