Great to meet you!

Having overcome personal adversities myself, I believe deeply in the power of therapy to help people become the best version of themselves, both as individuals and within their relationships. This lived experience informs my practice philosophy and the supportive, inclusive environment I have cultivated within my group practice.

With professional experience dating back to 2004, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of behavioral and mental health concerns. As both a clinician and the CEO of Minor Inspirations, I remain dedicated to fostering a culture where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered—whether working with me or another therapist in my practice.

I am currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, Texas, Maryland, & North Carolina. My academic background reflects a strong foundation in both clinical practice and leadership. I holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Social Sciences from Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Walden University, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University. During my undergraduate years, I collaborated with a sociology professor to complete two research studies focused on social inequality, an experience that continues to inform my work with marginalized and underserved communities.

My approach to therapy

As a mother, wife, and therapist, I particularly value family dynamics and enjoy supporting children and adolescents alongside their parents/caregivers. I continue to grow in service to the community, offering both individual and systemic approaches (i.e. Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy —and various other MFT modalities) that reflect my practice beliefs: even the smallest changes can lead to lasting transformation. I draw from these techniques depending on what fits best for clients specific issues and goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to leave each session with greater clarity about why they think, feel, and respond the way they do, while making meaningful progress toward the goals they set in therapy. I want every client to know that even the smallest steps forward—the minor inspirations—can lead to lasting change and long-term success in both their personal growth and relationships.
