I help turn insight into action. Many people find themselves in therapy still stuck in the same patterns, just with more language to describe them. I take a different approach.I believe that while processing the past and emotions has its place, many people get stuck there. Lasting change comes from finding resolution and developing practical skills to move forward.
My approach focuses on practical, foundational skills rather than endless processing. Using a 7 Pillar framework, I help clients build real-time awareness, regulate their nervous system, integrate difficult patterns, set healthy boundaries, and take consistent action that aligns with the life they actually want.
As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I also incorporate mind-body and lifestyle factors — such as sleep, nutrition, and nervous system support — when they’re relevant to a client’s goals.
