Great to meet you!

I help turn insight into action. Many people find themselves in therapy still stuck in the same patterns, just with more language to describe them. I take a different approach.I believe that while processing the past and emotions has its place, many people get stuck there. Lasting change comes from finding resolution and developing practical skills to move forward.

My approach focuses on practical, foundational skills rather than endless processing. Using a 7 Pillar framework, I help clients build real-time awareness, regulate their nervous system, integrate difficult patterns, set healthy boundaries, and take consistent action that aligns with the life they actually want.

As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I also incorporate mind-body and lifestyle factors — such as sleep, nutrition, and nervous system support — when they’re relevant to a client’s goals.

If you’re looking for support that combines depth with practical, grounded change, I may be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

Who I Help

  • People who feel stuck in the same emotional reactions or relationship patterns
  • Your life is filled with things you "should" be doing instead what you truly want to be doing
  • Those who struggle with focus, follow-through, and building consistent habits
  • People who often feel overwhelmed, scattered, or emotionally reactive
  • Individuals who tend to people-please, over-explain, or have difficulty setting boundaries
  • Those who feel disconnected from their body or constantly running on low energy
  • People who want practical tools instead of endless talking

My Approach

  • I take an integrative approach that considers how sleep, nutrition, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle factors impact emotional well-being .
  • I use a 7 Pillar framework to help clients build practical skills in awareness, emotional regulation, shadow integration, healthy boundaries, reframing limiting beliefs, and consistent action.
  • My work focuses on simplicity and accountability rather than overcomplicating the process. I believe real change happens when people develop the ability to notice what’s happening in the moment and choose responses that align with the life they actually want.

I also provide free resources including journal prompts, symptom logs, trackers, book recommendations, and other practical tools to support your progress between sessions.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I bring curiosity, calmness, and real care to every session. Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and even laugh during our work together.
