Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Amanda and I'm grateful for your courage to take this step. Since 2012, I've been helping adults and their loved ones overcome many different challenges, including PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and divorce.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, substance use recovery methods, strengths-based approach and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). EMDR is scientifically proven as an effective form of treatment for trauma, PTSD, depression/anxiety and distressing events.

What you can expect from me

It's my greatest honor to help others walk through what may be the most difficult challenges of life. While the past can't be changed, we can work together in creating a brighter and more joyful future. Trauma and tragedy don't have to have the final say, and you can regain what may have been lost. If you want healing that is long term and meaningful, let's get after it!
