Great to meet you!

*NEXT OPENINGS FOR NEW CLIENTS START THE WEEK OF JULY 21, 2025* I will email you after your initial request to arrange your intake session.

I am passionate about my work and always seeking knowledge to help improve my clients' outcomes. While I use various evidence-based practices, I see my clients as the ultimate experts on their own lives. With a firm but gentle approach, I expect my clients to put in the elbow grease it takes to improve themselves. I specialize in working with 18+ WOMEN ONLY. Please understand I no longer conduct free phone consultations. You may email me with questions, and I will do my best to answer with as much detail as possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see clients from a strengths-based perspective, and seek to help my clients recognize and harness their inner strengths. I take an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing multiple modalities and tailoring treatment plans to suit my clients' specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I can help you understand why you see the world the way you do, and overcome obstacles standing in your way of healing and growth. I am here to listen and provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space, all while reminding you that you truly guide the way down the path you wish to be on. I will work hard to help you achieve your goals, but you will be responsible for your own healing. After we first meet, you will have a good understanding of my relaxed and direct style.
