Great to meet you!

Life can look completely fine on the outside while feeling exhausting on the inside. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, BFRBs, ADHD, OCD, neurodivergence, self-worth, loneliness, relationship patterns, dating, or simply the feeling that something isn't quite right.

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Whether something has been weighing on you for years, you're feeling stuck, or you've just started noticing life feels harder than it used to, you deserve support. There doesn't have to be a "good enough" reason to reach out—if it's important to you, it's important.

Whether you're brand new to therapy or you've tried it before and walked away feeling unseen or misunderstood, you're welcome here. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to start—just showing up is enough.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are both practical and reflective. We'll focus on what you want to feel different while slowing down enough to understand the patterns underneath so the changes actually last. My style is warm, engaged, and direct—I won't just sit back and nod. I'll offer honest feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and help you notice patterns you may not see on your own, while supporting you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

We'll talk about what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to feel different if therapy were working. You don't need polished words or a clear starting point—just showing up is enough. By the end, I'll share what I'm noticing, how I think about what's going on, and what I'd recommend focusing on in our work together over the next few sessions.
