Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to face it alone. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can genuinely feel heard, understood, and empowered.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing begins with authentic connection no matter what age you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with you to identify your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, respect and when appropriate, some light humor tailored to your unique experiences and goals. I strive to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are.

You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Everyone is unique, but during the first session, the focus is on getting to know you! I would love to gain an understanding of what brings you to therapy and creating a foundation for working together in a trusting and confidential therapeutic relationship.

I will do my best to help you feel as at ease. There is no pressure to share everything at once, and you can move at a pace that feels manageable. I'll answer your questions, and work to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly what to say—it's simply the beginning of a collaborative process focused on your well-being. Before the session ends, we may discuss recommendations, goals, possible treatment approaches, and what future sessions may look like, all in a relaxed atmosphere.
